What is this forum for?

Don’t Suffer in Silence..

This is a safe platform to share the anguishes, griefs, stressful experiences and woes one suffers at the workplace but has no choice but to keep silent and carry on though they would want or like to share it with someone. These sufferings are often caused by difficult bosses, inefficient management, lack of consciously inclusive leadership, unempathetic colleagues, demanding clients, unsupportive peers, unhelpful work culture, unhealthy competition within teams, lack of team players, low or no equality, diversity and inclusion at workplace etc. There are multiple causes of work woes and various effects of it on the individual’s mental, emotional and physical well-being.

We all want to be valued, listened, appreciated, accepted and recognised for our work at the workplace. Many people at work suffer in silence due to difficult experiences they go through or simply feel alienated as they cannot be their authentic selves at the workplace.

Despite several processes and policies at the workplace emphasising on equality, inclusion, diversity and oneness, people at large still face various difficult experiences on a day-to-day basis which they cannot share with anyone at work as it can impact their career progression, reputation at work, mental or emotional wellbeing.

This site is a safe refuge for everyone who would like to share their experiences anonymously, the associated feelings and its impact on them.

Who is this forum for?

Anyone who wants to share experiences from their workplaces. Experiences can be good, inspirational, aspirational, uplifting, and enlightening, or it can be challenging, upsetting, difficult, depressing, or annoying. We all have various experiences at our place of work some makes us feel better, while some make us feel bitter. This is a safe place where one can anonymously share their feelings, thoughts and experiences without naming or shaming or pointing fingers at anyone.

Experiences relayed should be expressed in a generic way without any name of the person or organisation mentioned. The intention is not to demean or disrespect any individuals but to raise the awareness of understanding others’ feelings and how someone’s behaviour impacts others’ personal and professional lives.
